1. Agreement
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not complete your purchase.
2. Delivery
All items are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the progress of your parcel.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure your order arrives in good time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, extreme weather, customs processing (for international orders), or other events outside our control.
3. Product Care and Maintenance
Once your order has been received, it is the responsibility of you, the customer, to regularly inspect the product for any signs of wear, tear, or damage that may occur over time through normal use. Promptly identifying and addressing any issues will help maintain the quality, safety, and longevity of your purchase.
Important: We recommend checking your items periodically and following any care instructions supplied with the product. Failure to do so may affect eligibility for certain warranty or return claims.
4. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and provide photographs and a description of the fault. Returns for faults will be handled in accordance with consumer protection laws and our internal returns policy.
Returns for reasons other than a manufacturing fault may be subject to additional terms, and some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Please check the product listing for any such exclusions prior to purchase.
5. Liability
Except where required by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, or damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.
6. Licensing Terms
All of our products are either exclusively designed in-house by our creative team or sourced from materials for which we hold the appropriate commercial licenses. This ensures that every item we offer is both unique and legally compliant, giving our customers complete confidence in the originality, quality, and legitimacy of their purchase.
